"STOP Chasing The Noise... How to Pierce the Fog and Find Your TRUE Focus"
Okay, Let’s Talk About Something That Could Seriously Change The Way You See Things
I’ve gotta share something with you, and I’m pumped to tell you about it because it’s made a massive difference in my life.
So here it is…
“Ignore your thoughts”
There, I said it!
I know, I know—it can feel like you’re stuck in this constant mental fog sometimes, right?
Like you’ve got a million thoughts racing around, making it feel impossible to focus.
But here’s the game-changer…
(And it REALLY is!)
Those thoughts ain’t a sign your mind’s THINKING’.
NOPE…
They’re just noise, like static on a radar screen!
Here’s what I discovered over time.
Thoughts are like radar blips.
They’re random signals coming through.
Some are faint, some are loud, some feel like they’re coming from every direction at once.
But here’s a truth…
Those thoughts are ONLY background noise.
Repetitive, negative, even harmful gremlins tearing away at your mind.
They’re NOT who you are.
They’re just little signals on your radar, coming and going.
Now, here’s where it gets REAL cool…
“Thinking” is what you do when you take control (and we all want to be in control, right?)
When you intentionally focus your attention and tune out the noise, you can direct that radar towards what truly matters.
That my friend is when you find clarity (Cue angelic choir 🎶)
Think of it like this…
When you’re navigating through your day, it’s like you’re operating that radar.
Constant signals (thoughts) blipping on your screen.
But… if you get caught up in EVERY signal, (believe me)...
... dem badboys gonna fk you up!
Instead
Zoom out, filter out the noise, and focus on the few signals that really matter.
‘Cause here’s the kicker…
When you stop paying attention to every random thought, you’ll notice the really important signals come through more clearly.
You’re not distracted by static or false signals anymore. The clearer your focus gets, the more you can tune in to what’s important…
Honestly, that’s when everything will open up for you.
And here’s the wild part…
When you realize that all those random thoughts are just noise and not real signals, your radar becomes WAY more powerful. 👇👇👇👇
Heightened Awareness...
Imagine a super radar that doesn’t just scan the air around you but reaches deep into every corner of your mind. This radar is hyper-intelligent, tuned to pick up on the faintest signals, whether they’re coming from your thoughts, your emotions, or the noise of the world. It operates at the highest frequency, able to slice through layers of static and chaos with laser-like precision.
This radar doesn't just react to the obvious... it filters out the irrelevant—distractions, doubts, and mental clutter—so it can hone in on what really matters.
It’s constantly recalibrating, fine-tuning itself, so you’re never left in the dark. It can read the signals of your deeper intuition, picking up the subtle whispers that guide you toward clarity and focus.
It doesn’t just tell you where you are in the present moment but gives you a map of your mental landscape, showing you where you’ve been, where you’re going, and what’s coming up next.
Uncertainty...
In moments of uncertainty or overwhelm, this super radar can quiet the noise and give you an uninterrupted line of sight to your true objective. It filters through the mental fog, cutting through the chatter, and pulls your attention to what’s truly important...
... what’s in alignment with your deepest goals.
With this radar in play, you can see with perfect clarity, detecting the opportunities and connections that others might miss.
Power = Control
This radar doesn’t just scan for information...
It empowers you to act with precision and purpose. It operates in real-time, giving you the ability to adjust your course instantly based on the signals it picks up.
Whether you’re navigating the complex terrain of life, business, or personal growth, this super radar is your ultimate tool for seeing beyond the surface, understanding the hidden currents, and making decisions that propel you forward with confidence and clarity.
Imagine having a tool that effortlessly cuts through the mental fog, clears the static, and points you in the direction of your most authentic path...
This is the super radar in action.
You don’t need to obsess over every thought that pops up. You can just let them pass by and focus on the signals that lead you forward (In the moment)
Let me explain…
Imagine you’re trying to track a plane on a radar screen. At first, there’s a ton of noise, a million signals.
But…
… if you zoom out and ignore the static, you’ll start to see the one real signal that’s guiding you.
That’s your clarity, your true direction. And you don’t have to struggle through the noise anymore, you focus on the signal that gets you where you want to go, simple!
When you do this enough, your radar will get better and better at tuning out the shit and locking onto what matters.
You won’t get distracted by the “blips” anymore.
You’ll know how to filter out the chatter and home in on your true target.
It’s like learning to trust your “inner voice.”
The more you use it, the clearer it gets. And instead of getting bogged down in the static, you’re focused, intentional, and moving with purpose.
So…
Next time your mind feels like it’s gonna explode with a bunch of random thoughts, remember…
Those Are Only STATIC…
“NOISE”
They don’t define you.
The true signal, your clarity and focus, is always there.
You just have to tune into it and trust that your radar will help you cut through all the crap.
And here’s what’s amazing…
Once you learn to filter out the shiz, everything becomes easier.
👉You’re not working harder.
👉You’re working smarter.
👉You’re navigating through the mental static and honing in on the things that will actually move you forward.
I’m so fired up for you to try this out!
Seriously, once you get the hang of it, it’s like having a superpower… your mind becomes your most powerful tool instead of your biggest obstacle.
Let me know if this hits home!
If you’re ever stuck in the noise,
I’ll be your tuning fork.
Wow, this really hit me hard. (In the best way possible!)
I love the way you explained thoughts as just random radar blips instead of something we need to grab onto every time they pop up.
That visualization makes it so much easier to understand why we feel so overwhelmed sometimes.
It’s empowering to think that we can choose what signals to pay attention to instead of getting pulled in every direction by every random thought.
The idea of the “super radar” that reads not just what’s obvious but what’s deeply intuitive really stuck with me. It feels like this approach would make decision-making so much clearer and less stressful.
I’m definitely going to start practicing tuning out the noise and focusing only on the signals that feel aligned with my goals.
Do you have any daily practices or quick tips you recommend for strengthening this “radar” even faster?
Christine!
You get it.
Like…
REALLY get it.
Most people?
They’re sprinting after every blip on the radar like headless chickens, peep peep squawk!
But you?
You’re pilotin’ the damn plane.
And yeah, the super radar isn’t about looking harder,… It’s about tuning finer.
It’s about feeling the deep pulse under the static, the stuff that’s already yours if you just listen.
Quick trick I use every day…
Morning Mission Check:
“What’s worth my energy today?”
Nightly Debrief:
“Did I stay locked on my signal… or did I let static drive the ship?”
NOT about guilt trips.
NOT about perfection.
Just a quiet, steady hand pulling you back to center.
Every time you tune back in, even once, your radar sharpens.
So proud of you for clocking this so fast.
You’re not just learning this shit!
You’re living it.
Big moves ahead, mark my words.
Let’s keep clearing the skies together,
appreciate you tons, Christine.

Hey Dedo,
Really enjoyed this piece! It had such a smooth, almost poetic flow to it, and the message definitely made me pause and think. I love how you layered meaning without spelling everything out, and how the “hidden in plain sight” theme plays out not just in the title but in the way you tell the story itself.
It’s rare to find writing that feels both subtle and impactful. Looking forward to seeing what other insights you share next!
Hey Matteo,
Huge thanks, honoured I am.
And glad the piece hit home for you,
‘Cause,
I’m all about packing layers into the story without SPELLIN’ it out, which makes it more fun, right?
Also Matt,
I appreciate you noticing the “hidden in plain sight” vibe…
It makes me tingle when someone catches THAT rhythm.
I’m gonna release some fresh new ideas soon, so there’s more where that came from.
Stay tuned, and thanks for the love!

This post truly resonated with me! It’s fascinating how some of the most profound truths are often right before our eyes, yet we overlook them in our daily routines.
I’m curious, what are some strategies you use to become more aware of these “hidden in plain sight” truths in your everyday life? Have you found any particular practices or mindsets helpful in uncovering them?
Also, do you think our fast-paced lifestyles contribute to missing these subtle yet significant insights? I’d love to hear your thoughts and experiences on this!
Ayssa, sooo glad you’re feelin’ the vibes!
The deepest truths do hide in plain sight, don’t they?
That silent voice in the background, muffled…
When WE’VE got the volume turned up on everything else.
For me, spotting them usually starts with SLOWING down the pace, not just online, but more so… in my head!
I’ve built the habit of pausing when something hits a nerve, a flash of jealousy, a jolt of resistance, or a little ache in the chest…
That’s usually where the gold is buried.
(Be that curious child you once were.)
One practice that’s helped?
Asking “Who told me that?”
Whenever I bump into a belief that limits me or feels heavy, I trace it back.
I go DEEP…
Most of the time, it’s not even mine… It’s old programming, a hand-me-down MEME dressed up as truth.
And yes, 100%…
Our fast-paced, hyper-productive culture trains us to value motion over meaning.
We’re so busy running that we forget to ask where we’re going… or why.
But the good stuff?
It shows up when we get still long enough to hear ourselves think… before the world starts talking over us again.
Thanks for such a thoughtful question. I love reading your reflections

Great post and well said. There are always so many things going on in our heads and so many things to distract us that we neglect to get the important things done. It is increasingly hard to focus on something instead of somethings in this busy world we live in.
Now I need to try and zone in on the important stuff and drown out all the other noise. Any advice on how to go about doing this if you battle?
Thank you… And YES, I hear you loud and clear, Michel.
Modern life feels like trying to meditate in a mosh pit.
When the noise gets loud, it’s rarely a focus issue, it’s often a lens issue.
We’re trying to prioritize with outdated mental filters that confuse “urgent” with “important.”
If you’re feeling that pull to finally cut through the static and lock in on what truly matters, you might find this helpful:
???? The L.E.N.S. Breaker System????
It’s my latest post on how to break old loops and rebuild your internal compass around clarity, not chaos.
Let me know if it hits.
You’re not alone in this.
