You’ve probably been told success is about staying on a straight line.
👉No distractions.

👉No deviation.

👉Just disciplined, linear progress.

Sounds good on paper huh?
But life? Business? Identity?


They DON'T move in straight lines.

They move in spirals.

And growth ain't about going faster in a single direction.
It’s about evolving upward - each turn of the spiral taking you to a new level of awareness, skill, and result.

But here’s the trap...

Most people aren’t in a spiral.
They’re stuck in loops.

Same week. Same quarter. Same year.
New strategies… same outcomes, over and over again.

And they wonder why the BIG LEAP keeps eluding them

Here's What Most Don't See

Loops feel safe.
Spirals set you free.

But shifting from one to the other?
That’s where most get stuck.

Because your status quo... your present way of operating, is sticky.
Behaviors, beliefs, and defaults so well-worn you just don’t see them anymore.
Like grooves in a vinyl record, they keep the needle running in the same circles.

You can hustle harder.
Willpower your way through another “breakthrough” week.
Slap a vision board on the fridge.

But if the underlying operating system stays the same, all you’re doing is pouring rocket fuel into an old jalopy.
You might get a little speed boost.

But, the framework will only "allow" as much as it's designed to do 😉

Real Growth ain't Linear...

It’s spiral-shaped.... Upward. Expansive. Evolutionary.

If you want to ride the spiral, you have to break the current loop.
You CAN NOT "optimize" your way there 

And you can’t out-hustle the gravity of your old groove.

You have to jump the track.
Shift your identity.
Move from the loop… into the spiral.

Because big leaps (regardless of what you've been told)  aren’t earned through effort.
They’re triggered through transformation.

And if I may… this spiral truth applies to how you show up in business, too.

I see a lot of folks asking: “How can I market, sell, or promote right now… when the world feels so heavy?”

Here’s the thing:

The person who’s struggling isn’t wondering whether you should feel guilty about selling.
They’re wondering...

 Can you help me?

They don’t care whether your offer is too “frivolous” for the moment.
They CARE whether it works.

And revolutions... whether personal or global, require resources.

If what you offer makes lives better…
And it helps someone leap the gap they can’t leap alone…
AND, moves them forward...

Then the most responsible thing you can do is sell it. ➡️Loudly. ➡️Clearly. ➡️Unapologetically.

Because, listen...

A resourced person is a powerful person.
A broke, guilty one can’t do fk all for anyone.

Breaking your own loop gives others permission to break theirs.
And selling with integrity fuels the spiral upward.

So…

Are you ready to break the loop?
To ride the spiral?
And serve at the next level - so folk pay for it?

Most won’t.
But those who do?
They stop chasing speed in a circle… and start climbing.

      But, thing is…

      Without a shift in identity (a new “driver behind the wheel,” so to speak), you just wear yourself out.

      And as for your brilliant question…

      Start by noticing the loop.
      The stories, patterns, and emotional set points that keep pulling you back to “who you’ve always been.” You can’t spiral upward until you see what’s keepin’ you circling.

      Then?

      Deliberately introduce new input. New beliefs, actions, and new circles of influence. 

      Bit by bit, this “feeds” a new identity until it starts to stabilize.

      It’s NOT a snap change – it’s a spiral.

      And yes…

      Once you begin this shift, you can serve and sell from a place of peace, harmony, and alignment, NOT fear or guilt.

      Love this question, mate. You get it… Most don’t even clock they’re in a fkin’ loop.

      Quick way I spot it?

      When effort goes UP, but expansion doesn’t.
      When the “harder I try” starts to feel like “heavier I get.”

      Loop = grind.
      Spiral = glide (even if it’s uphill).

      How to break out?
      I anchor 3 checks:

      1. New Lens – If I’m seeing the same problems the same way…  guaranteed flat loop. Shift the lens…  shift the layer.
      2. New Identity Moves – I ask: “What would my next-self no longer do?” Then stop doing it. Instantly cracks open the pattern.
      3. New Inputs – If I’m always pouring from the same old jug, guess what’s in the cup? Surroundings and info diet have to spiral too.

      Subtle shifts. Big climbs.

      And if you ever feel stuck again, yell.

      That line between a loop and a spiral can be sneaky, right?

      Momentum feels like progress… until you zoom out and realize you’re just orbiting the same frikin point.

      My biggest loop-jump?

      Going from Worker Bee… to Boss Bee.

      For years, I was busy-buzzing, building, proving.

      I mean…

      Outwardly, it looked like growth.
      But deep down?

      I was STILL trapped in a loop of obedience… to systems, expectations, and other people’s definitions of “success.”

      The moment I realized I wasn’t just building a business… I was still following someone else’s rhythm…  that was the sting.

      The jump came when I stopped trying to optimize the hive…
      …and started questioning who fkin’ owned it.

      Becoming “Boss Bee” wasn’t about flexing control (I hate that shit)
      It was about reclaiming design.
      Deciding what MY spiral looked like – and what version of me it would demand.

      And I’m still spiraling.
      The track changes… but so do I.

      Reminds me of a man who once found himself double the size he used to be.
      At first, it happened slowly… he was spiraling. 

      A few skipped workouts, stress meals, silent stories of “I’ll start Monday,” blah, blah.

      But by the time he hit 18 stone, the spiral had turned into a fkin’ loop.

      Same routines. Same identity. Same weight.
