Simplify Your Business

The #1 Method To Simplify, Structure, & Scale Your Business To Success!

So far, we've simplified your business down to these 3 steps...

  • Start with the minimum (one free offer to build your list, one foundational offer, and one source of traffic).
  • Focus on each of these steps and master them so you serve your audience the best... maximizing their benefits, and your profits.
  • Once you get results, start filling in your sales funnel with front-end and finishing offers to max out both benefits and profits.

On paper, the process is fairly simple, although it can take some time... and some steps are performed multiple times. Which is why the more you simplify the steps... the easier it will be for you to scale and grow your business.

So, what's the secret to simplifying the process?

It's this...

"You NEED to create systems for each cog in the machine"

Here are the 3 parts for a great system...

  1. Simplify: A good system strips out all the fluff, so you can focus on the most important, hardcore, essential stuff.
  2. Structure: A good system gives you a straight-forward process for each step, so you do it right the first time... continually making progress.
  3. Scale: A good system allows you to give these "blue-prints / checklists" to virtual staff to carry on the processes for you.

So, what type of processes are we talking about? Well... firstly, you'll create systems for minimizing the steps above, which involves...

  1. Choosing a traffic source.
  2. Creating a list to drive traffic to.
  3. Crafting a paid product to sell to those who sign up.

NOTE: And then you can create "systems" for all the major things you do to run your business, way into the future.

Here's the 3-Step process...

List of Steps

step 1

Decide Which Tasks Require Systems

Not every step requires you to create a system. Because some processes are so simple, it would be nuts to dedicate any time streamlining them.

  • The things you know how to do effortlessly, and pass onto third parties (outsourcing) without any in depth direction (DON'T need a system).
  • The things that you DON'T know how to do, and include important details that could be easily forgotten... you need a system for.

So, for this step... go through the each process ( traffic, list, and offer), and decide which step would benefit from being systematized.

SIDEBAR: It's also a good idea to make a broad stroke BIG SYSTEM (I.E., How To Create A Product) and then SMALLER Systems with finer details for each of the steps in the BIG system.

step 2

Determine How Others Do The Task

Now it's time to research this stuff. Work through these steps...

  • Check YouTube videos. E.G., search for "how to install a WordPress plugin."
  • Research Google. Likewise, run a search in Google to discover "how to" reports and other information about the best way to complete a process. Your searches may include...
  • How to [complete a process]
  • The best way to [complete a process]
  • Tips for [completing a process]
  • Mistakes to avoid when [completing a process]
  • Shortcuts for [completing a process]
  • Ask Your Colleagues. If you're a member of any business forums, social media groups, or a mastermind group. Ask the members for any tips for simplifying processes. And if you're not a member... it would be a good idea to join, and start collecting helpful knowledge.
  • Hire a coach or consultant. If it's an important task... hire a professional to show you the best way forward. For instance... if you're walking through the process of researching a market, hire a consultant to help you.
  • Hire a freelancer to create a report or video. This works well if the freelancer is proficient in the process. For example... if you're looking for help with setting up a WordPress blog, then hire a WP developer to create an instructional video for you.

Now for the last step...

step 3

Develop Your Own System

Now that you've discovered how others complete the process, you can refine it. Which means walking through the steps and looking for specific places you can improve the process to make it faster, easier, and BETTER!

You'll also want to outline your processes and ask for feedback from people who perform this process regularly. This includes...

1. Other business owners.

2. Employees and freelancers who regularly complete some task. For example...
Maybe you're walking through the process of brainstorming product titles. And you add in a step where you plug information into fill-in-the-blank templates to make the task a lot easier.
Perhaps the most important parts to any system are the small details you'll need to refer to each time you go through the system. (I.E., Make sure to add the COUPON BRICK on the order form before activating the page).
